obtained their PhD degrees (in Mathematics,
Economics and Computer Science).
1988-2000: an official opponent

countries (Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Poland, Kazakhstan, Morocco, etc.).
2005-2009: Supervising doctoral
students for Eurasian National University (Astana, Kazakhstan). Four of his
